Bluff Point Primary School has a dress code. Acceptance of enrolment at the school is on the understanding that the school’s dress code will be adhered to. Classes on excursion must be in uniform, unless the consent of the Principal to vary this has been granted. Kindergarten students are welcome and encouraged to wear the uniform.

In Term 3 2023, the school community were asked to give their opinion on making slight changes to our uniform to make them more accessible for families. ROYAL BLUE has been endorsed for our shorts, skorts, track pants and tights. RED is still acceptable and is the only colour our uniform supplier is currently selling. The change will come into effect from 2024 and will be gradual to allow families time to replace uniforms as we make the transition to the royal blue over the next few years.

Lost Property
Please ensure ALL items of clothing are clearly marked with your childs name. Look for lost property in Room 17 and Pre Primary during office hours. Found items are displayed at least once per term. Unclaimed items will be given to charity at the end of each term.

Year 6 Blue Leavers Shirt
In Year 6, our students have the opportunity to wear a Blue Leadership Shirt. It is a privilege and honour to wear this Leadership Shirt and students must work towards applying for the opportunity. As leaders of our school, one of the Year 6 student roles is to promote positive behaviour and demonstrate commitment to upholding the school rules and our core values; Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe and Strive For Your Highest. This criteria is mandatory as expected behaviour for a Year 6 student. In the case of non-compliance with the application conditions, the right to wear the Blue Leadership shirt can be withdrawn.
